Question 1

How fast do you deliver in Goa?

Accepted Answer

We deliver across all of Goa with one day/same day delivery* via Borzo. Once your order is confirmed, a Borzo rider picks it up from our Goa warehouse and delivers directly to your kitchen or restaurant. We operate Monday to Saturday 9 AM to 10 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 8 PM.

Question 2

Can I order on WhatsApp instead of the website?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! WhatsApp ordering is our most popular channel for B2B customers. Message us at +91 97690 22874, share your requirements, and we'll confirm stock and pricing instantly. Most restaurants prefer this for quick repeat orders.

Question 3

Do you deliver to South Goa?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we deliver across all of Goa — North Goa (Calangute, Baga, Anjuna, Mapusa, Panaji, Porvorim) and South Goa (Margao, Colva, Benaulim, Vasco da Gama). Delivery time may be slightly longer for far South Goa locations.

Question 4

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Accepted Answer

Our MOQ is very restaurant-friendly. You can order as few as one loose pack of any product. Bulk box orders get better per-unit pricing. There is no artificial minimum — we understand that kitchens have urgent, variable needs.

Question 5

What are your delivery charges?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is free for orders above Rs 499. For orders below Rs 499, a small Borzo delivery fee applies depending on distance. This is shown at checkout and on WhatsApp before you confirm.

Question 6

Are your products truly eco-friendly and biodegradable?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every product we sell is made from biodegradable, compostable, or sustainably sourced materials — bagasse (sugarcane pulp), bamboo, wood, or recycled paper. We do not sell any plastic or styrofoam packaging. All materials are food-grade safe.

Question 7

What types of packaging do you supply?

Accepted Answer

We supply: biodegradable clamshell containers, bagasse plates and bowls, wooden cutlery (spoons, forks, knives), bamboo and wood skewers (heart, ring, knot shapes), paper bags, wooden toothpicks, and more. Check our full catalog at ecozen.in/products.

Question 8

Are your products FSSAI compliant for restaurant use?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All our food-contact packaging is food-grade and compliant with FSSAI guidelines for single-use food packaging in India. Our products are safe for hot and cold foods.

Question 9

Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We encourage first-time B2B customers to request a sample pack. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 97690 22874 and we'll send you a curated selection of our bestsellers so you can test quality before committing to bulk.

Question 10

Do you provide GST invoices?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every order comes with a proper GST invoice for your accounting and input tax credit. Add your GSTIN when signing up on EcoZen Packaging or share it on WhatsApp and we'll include it on all your invoices.

Question 11

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We have two pricing tiers: Loose MOQ pricing (per pack, smaller quantities) and Full Bulk Box pricing (per box, best per-unit rate). The more you order, the lower the price per unit. Pricing is visible on every product page.

Question 12

Can I set up a recurring subscription for regular orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes! EcoZen Packaging supports subscription ordering. Set a weekly or monthly recurring delivery schedule so you never run out. Subscribers also get priority delivery and exclusive bulk discounts.

Question 13

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and cash on delivery. Online orders via the website support all major UPI apps. WhatsApp orders can be settled via UPI QR code.

Question 14

How long has EcoZen Packaging been in business?

Accepted Answer

EcoZen Packaging has been in the packaging industry since 2012, when we started supplying hotels, restaurants, and resorts in Mumbai. We expanded to Goa in 2020 and launched our online platform in 2026 specifically to serve Goa's fast-growing cloud kitchen and hospitality market.

Question 15

How is EcoZen Packaging different from other packaging suppliers?

Accepted Answer

Three key differences: (1) Speed — one day/same day delivery* when you need it urgently. (2) Eco-first — we only supply biodegradable products, no plastic. (3) B2B expertise — 14 years of experience means we understand restaurant needs deeply, from portion sizes to cost per plate.
